I have been making jewelry for about 15 years. In July 2003 I took a class on making my own lampwork beads. I melt glass rods with a torch (fueled by oxygen and propane) around a metal rod, called a mandrel. I then shape them, and decorate them. This has been my love ever since that first class.

Thank you very much! Actually that is my exact blue eye color. :) I wish I had that blue eye shadow. :) Nice to hear you have blue eyes too. How is your week going?

I love blue eyes, everyone in my family has blue eyes. I married a guy with brown eyes, and guess what, my son has brown too. Can't win them all. I am doing fine, going to an art fair, and festival this weekend. How are you?
